Drunk Driving and Cocaine Charge for Lindsay Lohan Drunk Driving and Cocaine Charge for Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and cocaine possession after another motorist called 911. According to the police, the other motorist told police she was frightened and believed she was being chased by Lohan’s vehicle.

The woman did not know that it was Lohan’s vehicle that she was reporting when she called 911. When police arrived on the scene, the motorist that called in the report and Lohan were arguing in a parking lot.

Police conducted field sobriety tests on Lohan and then arrested her for driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended driver’s license and 2 cocaine possession charges. According to a source close to the investigation, Lohan’s blood alcohol level was somewhere between a .12 and .13 when police arrested her. Lohan was released o $25,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on August 24, 2007.
