  <link>http://www.dwi-houston.com</link>

  <description>

       While alcohol related fatalities rose in 22 states, the number of deaths by drunk drivers declined in 28 states. According to federal transportation officials with the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration, the overall number of deaths by legally intoxicated driver’s (those drivers with an alcohol concentration over the legal limit of .08) decreased from 13,582 in 2005 to 13, 470 in 2006. However, the number of deaths involving driver’s with any amount of alcohol increased from 17,590 in 2005 to 17,602 in 2006.
