San Diego Chargers WR Vincent Jackson arrested for DUI

Jackson was stopped by a police officer after the police officer allegedly saw him speeding, weaving and slamming on the brakes.  The officer that arrested Jackson claims that Jackson failed field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DUI - Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Jackson, however, is already disputing the charges and expects that the DUI case will not be filed.

This is not the first time the Chargers have had to deal with players being arrested for DWI / DUI and other criminal cases.  Steve Foley was arrested for shooting an off-duty police officer that suspected him of drunk driving  in 2006.
