Florida State Receiver Arrested for DUI Florida State Receiver Arrested for DUI

21 year old Florida State Seminole Wide Receiver Preston Parker was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of alcohol or drugs after a recent police encounter in Tallahassee, Florida.

According to police reports, Parker was arrested and charged with DUI / DWI after police came into contact with Parker.  Police officers say that Parker was asleep in a MacDonalds drive thru when they first were alerted that there may be a problem.  After his arrest for Driving While Intoxicated, Parker allegedly took the police breathalyzer and was under the legal limit of 0.08.  However, the police allege that Parker was also under the influence of drugs.  Parker has been released after posting bail in the amount of $500.00.
