Texas Longhorn Baseball Coach to plead Guilty to DWI Texas Longhorn Baseball Coach to plead Guilty to DWI

Longtime baseball coach and current Texas Longhorn coach is expected to plead guilty to his Driving While Intoxicated case.

According to sources close to the case, Augie Garrido is postioned to plead to the charges that he was Driving While Intoxicated - also known as DWI / DUI /Drunk Driving.  His dwi defense lawyer recently confirmed that Garrido wanted to close this chapter in his life and move forward.

It remains unclear at this time what, if anything, the University of Texas will do as punishment to Garrido.
