DWI Accident and .12 Breath Test - Dismissed Before Trial Setting DWI Accident and .12 Breath Test - Dismissed Before Trial Setting

Houston, Texas DWI - The Government was not able to proceed on this Houston DWI case because they were unable to locate witnesses.

As the saying goes, "Good things happen when you are ready for trial."  Police officers came into contact with suspect after he was involved in an accident that resulted in the other car flipping upside down.  Police were called to the scene and claimed our client smelled like alcohol and they then began to conduct a DWI investigation.

The police claim that client failed all field sobriety tests and they arrested client for a Houston DWI.  He was transported to the Houston Police Department and asked to give a breath test.  Client complied with the breath test request and registered a .12 on that test.

After fighting for months with district attorney's office, the case was ultimately dismissed.  A special thanks to the client for having the patience and determination to fight his DWI case.
